Different architectural layouts in Baildon present distinct security challenges, from unlit canal alleyways to expansive detached perimeters.
Victorian Terraced Cottages & Alleyways
Along Browgate, Manchester Road A680, Blackburn Road A680, Helmshore Road, Baildon Grane, Grane Road B6232, Bury Road, and Roundhill Road, Victorian and Edwardian sandstone mill cottages often back onto unlit hillside alleyways. Intruders target rear timber yard gates, kitchen doors, and low-level scullery windows. We protect these blind spots with DoorProtect Plus vibration sensors that detect crowbar tampering before the door gives way, paired with StreetSiren DoubleDeck units that flash and sound 113dB alarms across the alley.
Semi-Detached & Modern Developments
From 1950s-1970s semi-detached homes around Esholt, Tong Park, Hawksworth, Charlestown, and Low Baildon, to modern Northlight mill conversions and executive detached residences on Hoddlesden, Helmshore, and Tockholes featuring large grounds, bifold doors, and detached garages. We deploy DualCurtain Outdoor perimeter detectors creating an invisible narrow optical barrier along the glass line, triggering notifications long before an intruder approaches door handles.
Baildon Security Telemetry Matrix
All sensors feature grade-A tamper switches and encrypted two-way radio handshakes tested continuously every 12 to 300 seconds.
The Jeweller 868MHz Wireless Standard
Standard consumer wireless alarms use crowded 433MHz frequencies easily blocked by thick walls or defeated by cheap radio jammers. Ajax Jeweller is built to commercial Grade 2 standards.
Penetrating Solid Stone & Brick
Operating on dedicated 868.0 – 868.6MHz frequencies with frequency hopping, Jeweller maintains reliable transmission through 450-500mm of solid Pennine sandstone and lime mortar, often without requiring wireless signal repeaters.
Anti-Jamming & AES-128 Encryption
Every data frame is encrypted with floating keys and rolling codes. If radio jamming or frequency interference is detected, the Hub automatically hops to a clean frequency and dispatches immediate sabotage alerts to your smartphone.
Ultra-Low Power Efficiency
Dynamic signal attenuation adjusts radio transmission power based on distance to the Hub. Sensors draw minimal power, delivering pre-installed lithium battery lifespans between 5 and 7 years without maintenance.
See Why The Alarm Triggered In 9 Seconds
Standard sirens leave you wondering whether a real break-in is taking place or if a pet tripped a sensor. The Ajax MotionCam PhOD delivers instant visual peace of mind:
Wings High-Speed Radio Protocol
Photos transmit over a dedicated high-speed radio channel independent of home Wi-Fi, delivering full photo evidence even if broadband is down.
Built-in Infrared Night Vision
High-intensity HDR infrared illumination captures crisp black-and-white photos in complete pitch darkness without tipping off intruders.
Complete Privacy Control
The camera activates strictly on motion trigger during armed status or when explicitly requested by authorized family accounts, ensuring total privacy.
Hub 2 Plus: Quad-Channel Communication
Burglars frequently cut broadband cables or telephone lines outside homes. The Ajax Hub 2 Plus maintains continuous connection through four independent channels:
Primary Ethernet LAN Connection
Hardwired directly into your home router for millisecond-fast broadband communication and firmware telemetry updates.
Wi-Fi Backup Channel
Secondary wireless link connecting through local 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks in the event of an Ethernet disconnect.
Dual 4G/LTE SIM Cards
Houses two independent 4G/LTE roaming SIM cards on separate mobile carriers (e.g. EE and Vodafone) with sub-second network auto-switching.
Stopping Intruders Before They Reach The Door
The best security system deters intruders before they damage doors or smash windows. We engineer multi-layered perimeter security across Baildon homes.
DualCurtain Outdoor
Bi-directional curtain motion detector providing up to 30 metres of total detection boundary along rear patios and French windows without triggering on garden trees or pets.
DoorProtect Plus
Combines magnetic reed switches with built-in accelerometer sensors to detect door impacts, drilling, or tilt angles before an intruder forces an entry point.
StreetSiren DoubleDeck
High-visibility exterior wireless siren sounding at 113dB with high-intensity LED strobe alerts and custom ADI Communications branding, rated IP54 for West Yorkshire weather.
Transparent Smart Alarm Packages
Strictly adhering to canonical trade rates. No mandatory monthly subscriptions, no surprise callout fees, and complete 5-year workmanship guarantees on every installation.
